Zoom Drain

Evan openly communicated everything that he was doing and what he thought could be the problem. We walked through everything step-by-step together and the whole time Evan told me what my options were, and what they meant. He was very helpful in finding and fixing the problem. He was also very knowledgeable on ways to prevent the problem from reoccurring much quicker. Evan was quick to fix the issue but did not rush through his explanation of things. He was very friendly and polite. I am very happy with the visit I received today. I would recommend this company and would call again if I needed repairs in the future.

I hired another company to do a pre inspection scope of my mainline sewer. The first company couldn't get the camera through what they were calling a house trap. I panicked after having seeing prior issues in friends and other places that I had owned. I called Zoom drain and they were out same day and even fit me in a couple hours after calling [which is unheard of nowadays]. The staff in the office was amazing and they sent over a tech that had very advanced knowledge of sewer systems and quickly got to work and did a tremendously good job explaining, documenting and recording. Got through the sewer and found a defect in the sewer. Zoom drain quickly sent over a estimate for a repair so that I could accurately negotiate which I was able to do well with the amazing investigative service th

For the time they spent it was reasonable. They have alot more equipment at there disposal and work as a team! I recommend rooter rooter over any other company! Don't waste $$ on other companies that leave you hanging like I did! That's why I'm writing a review now. Good luck BTW im located in lewiston ME

We had an excellent experience with Johnny from Zoom Drain! He was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He cleaned out our pipes all the way to the street and did an outstanding job. I especially appreciated that he wore booties in the house—even going up and down the stairs—which shows how respectful he is of customers’ homes. Johnny was also able to stay longer to complete an extra jet power wash and run a camera through the line to help us understand our next steps. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. Highly recommend Johnny and Zoom Drain! Exceptional service all around.
