Rouse Heating & Air Conditioning

My heat had not been working properly so I called Rouse, concerned with the upcoming storm and predicted severe cold. They were able to get a technician to me that same day! The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and gave me several options! The price was very fair and my home has been warm and comfortable since! I had used them for AC repair in August and was very pleased with that service also!! I am very grateful and would highly recommend them to everyone !!

We had so many issues. Too many for a list. We have asked for 8 months now for the owner to call us to discuss the damage and poor workmanship. “Hi Ryan, I asked the owner if he would call you but he said no. I would like to work with you on this with a fair amount that we both agree on. You can call me or text. Thank you Tim” When companies like this, do not complete the JOB. Then, do not have the owner call to discuss massive damage and remediation. You understand who you are dealing with. I resolved everything myself. Including registration of 9 separate part numbers they would not honor. Then, they demand payment but will not have a simple phone call. FROM THE OWNER. We will pay for the work done. But not for damages. Excuses. Lack of responsibility. Then just firing off invoices

After a miserable experience with Liberty Utilities. Rouse HVAC saved the day x2 with getting my heat back up and running. Quick, reliable, honest and professional technicians. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Just a great HVAC company.

I’m so thankful for Rouse! My heating went out (right as the temps started dropping) and I needed a motor replaced. They got me in fast and were in and out super quick! The tech was even super nice. Thank you all again!
