Rouses Septic Tank Services

This review is for a service that was paid for but never actually done, several years ago. I know this because I had to have my septic pumps again this month. I was not home when I paid Rouses to come empty the septic in 2021, I think. They said they had been to the house, told me where the septic was and that it had been drained. After watching the company that just pumped my septic for real do their work, I am fully convinced that Rouses either went to the wrong house or just lied and took the money because they knew I would be working. Not only was the septic not where Rouses said it was, but they had to dig a good sized hole to get to the lid and pump it out. There was never an area of yard disturbed from Rouses coming out here. It’s shameful.

Rouse’s did an amazing job on my brother’s home destroyed by a fire. The lot is cleared and ready to begin anew. Very professional team!

Found Rouses Septic Tank Service online. The rep that answered the phone was wonderful and answered all of my questions. After reading reviews online I was not surprised that they would take good care of me. I had never had my tank pumped since I owned the place 10 years ago! I set up service and they called the morning of. They had some mechanical issues at their first stop and they could not have been any better in keeping me updated. Made it out after a small delay and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend for septic tank pump out service!!!!!!

This place is amazing. I had a septic problem sunday evening, called and left a message, and got a returned call at 7:20 this morning. The gentleman told me he could be out first thing in the morning which was actually quicker then he had estimated and the price very reasonable. We tried giving him a tip which he refused for doing great business in my opinion. Great company and very good customer service. Highly recommended.
