I just got three rugs back from Rouzati Rug Services for cleaning. They did an amazing job! The colors are vibrant again. A small rug in front of the front door was so dirty from outside footprints and dog activity. I really didn’t have much hope that it could be cleaned but thought I’d try anyway. It came back spotless. The turn-around time was stellar too: picked up Thursday, 2/26 and returned Friday, 3/6. Thanks to the young men who carried them out and in to the house! They were efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all services and rugs. Bravo!

Working with Ali and his father Jafar at Rouzati Rugs was truly a great experience. Coordinating long distance they helped us select a beautiful 14’ x 15’ rug for our four-season room all via phone/zoom calls and photos…and then sent us a 2’ x 3’ sample to ensure it was the perfect rug for us. You don’t have to live in, or drive to the Chicago area in order to find the rug that’s perfect for you…all you have to do is call Ali or Jafar, they will do the rest.

I highly recommend Rouzati Rugs. They have a wide selection of beautiful area rugs. The best part of our experience was how friendly, helpful and patient they were as we tried to find the perfect rugs. We narrowed it down to a few that they brought to our house for us to try. This was very helpful as seeing a rug in your space is different than a showroom. They have become our go to place for rugs of any kind - we will always go there first. They are a wonderful family owned business that our community is lucky to have.

Our experience at Rouzati Rugs was outstanding! The service is very friendly and their knowledge of their rugs is impeccable. They were patient with us, listened and never pushed us in any direction. We couldn’t decide between two equally beautiful rugs and they volunteered to bring both to our home (in a snow storm) to help us decide. Ali and his helper moved our furniture, trimmed the rug pad, rolled up our old rug and carried it to our basement! This type of service and product is just not available online or at any box store. We were in awe. This is a wonderful Chicago family business who stands behind their product even after the sale is made. You could not go wrong buying from Rouzati Rugs.
