Rowan Boulevard Parking Garage

Imagine being Rowan and having the worst ratings from the public too about the garage. Aint nothing to see at Rowan for anyone to pay $2 for 2 hours. #RowanFailsAgain

Don’t go to this garage. They apparently don’t allow you to take photos of your car, and the little gestapo agents coming around will give you serious attitude to let you know this. I saw no signs anywhere indicating you couldn’t take photos. If there are any signs, I couldn’t find them. If you can’t take photos, then post a sign up instead of having your power tripping security telling you. The parking rates are also terrible. 2 hours used to be free but it isn’t anymore.

This thing is a hot mess. Two out of the three elevators are broken.

The fact that the majority of the time only one elevator is working is despicable. Not only does it limit accessibility for people who genuinely need it, but it makes grocery trips miserable unless you have a wagon to use. For those of us with residence permits, it is ridiculous that we pay for a space that is not properly maintained.

This parking garage loves to add new policies without advertising then and charging more money. For example tonight I had my car parked for not even an hour and a half and when I went to leave my ticket was saying I needed to pay 3$. The worker was very rude and told me they have a new policy so after 10 pm you have to pay. The only place this new policy is advertised is on the back of the ticket machine which is not visible when you enter the parking garage.Do NOT recommend, park somewhere else.
