I had a great experience getting my sewer replaced. Rowells gave a competitive price. I appreciate the quick professional service. Fantastic job. I was impressed start to finish.

I thought I had a septic pipe leak, but it was much more complicated. The pipe from the septic tank to the leach field froze in this record setting winter cold. This caused the septic fluid to back up to the tank, fill the tank, back to the junction in the crawl space and the resulting increased pressure caused that pipe to leak. Before the situation could be evaluated the tank had to be pumped. Rowell got a service tech without delay, dispite the fact we live a very remote area. They scoped the pipe to find the frozen section, but were unable to determine if it is a break or just some sand. They suggested a wait and see solution rather that a very costly repair.
