Rymes Propane & Oil

Have been customers for 8 years since moving to Franklin. Never answer their phone always got Bill's in mail and ticket left in door, not anymore. Finally answered their phone today after a 15 minute hold and asked where our bill is, said they do email billing now and that's how I signed up Uh NO not True. Terrible company, would love to go w/another company but can't get rid of Rymes. Been 2 weeks since our delivery and had to call to ask for our bill. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

We used to be customers of Fred Fuller and when Rymes took over the Fred Fuller company we were not sure how that was going to go. So far it has been great. The fill ups are on time and they are always helpful when we call. Today I called to pay my bill and spoke with a very helpful and cheerful woman! Thank you and continue the great customer service!

I have been with Rymes a few years now and have had nothing but great service with them. When my propane is getting low they always come as soon as possible depending on what the level is on my tank. The office staff ALWAYS asks what the level is so I don't run out. The drivers have gone out of their way to help me with questions and issues and have been patient and polite with me. Another big plus for me is the online payment. I actually pay ahead using the online payment system to assure that I will get the discount for paying within 10 days. Super convenient! So from the office staff to the drivers I have had nothing but great service and would highly recommend them.

I received top notch service from Matt Auger and Kerry Mattson at Rymes! When I wasn't receiving call backs from a previous propane company, I made a phone call to Rymes driver Matt Auger. His professionalism and quick to help approach won my business. Kerry Mattson spent the time to advise when I installed a new propane heater. The experience was easier than I expected and Kerry's advise saved me money. I switched my other property over to Rymes and told my friends to use their service as well. A VERY nice delivery driver who had to go down multiple roads because of road closures during the power outage came to fill our propane tank this week . Even with the headache of the road closures this driver had a VERY pleasant attitude. Thank you Rhymes for having a very courteous driver...
