I've ordered from Roxy display twice now and have been happy with both orders. The first order was for 2 large showcases knocked down due to room and door restrictions. The second order was for 1 smaller showcase assembled. I did opt for the LED puck lights, maybe a bit overpriced but I was happy with my decision at the end of the day and I knew they would fit. All of my items arrived well packaged and undamaged. Michael L. my sales rep was great. He answered all of my questions and even eased my mind about ordering the last showcase assembled. It was definitely the right decision. They are heavy so make sure you have a friend or 2 to help you move them. I purchased a "Wolf" type mannequin from them on ebay. The pole goes up, but does not stay in place because it is missing the inner mechanism. I know this to be true because I have several of these mannequins in different sizes, so I am very familiar with how they work. After arguing with them for two weeks, they finally sent me another pole, but it does not work either. And even if the item were in working order, it is shop worn and full or rust. I purchased what was advertised as "new" to the tune of over $500. They are not to be trusted. If you can shop with them in person, be sure to check everything before you pay.

I don’t ever leave bad reviews but given I’m at my store right now struggling with the forms I decided that I need to write this so another small business does not suffer financial loss. I bought forms from here when I opened my store. I actually drove all the way from Philly and purchased despite their mediocre customer service. Within one year, the forms started breaking and malfunctioning (height doesn’t adjust and stay, they are wobbly and tilted, etc). Unfortunately, with things being the way they are, I have not yet been able to save up enough money to re-purchase new forms from a different place. We're really happy with Ghost Mannequins that we've bought. Customer service was fast and helpful and we received it very quick after placing the order. Would definitely more when we need more.

I purchased a two person sauna from this company. I would not recommend it to anyone else. Their customer service is terrible. The instructions that came with the assembly were very bad and actually faulty with the wiring hook up to the sauna. The owner blamed me for the problem and reluctantly sent me another heater after I disputed the charge through PayPal they threaten me that they would not send me a heater if I did not drop the dispute. I had to hire an electrician and pay $75 for absolutely nothing. The problem was the manufactures and the dealers. They never felt that they owed me any kind of discount after a month of dealing with this and many many emails back-and-forth. This is a terrible company and the owner Michael is an absolute jerk.
