Royal Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Had an issue with our HVAC in January 26, called out Royal Air, they came out diagnosed the problem, faulty sensor. Told us it would be “a day or two” to get the part, three days passed, I never heard from them, I called them and was told” it’s been ordered we are waiting on it being delivered “. . They left us with no heat in the house for 4 days during snow storm. I called another HVAC company and they had my furnace running properly again within 24 hrs. I’m still waiting to hear from Royal Air that my “part “ has been delivered, it’s been 2wks! Save yourself the time and money and use another company!

Royal Air is now my go to for my HVAC issues. Eddie is professional and very easy to work with. And so is his crew. Did a perfect job on my new heating system and didn't make me wait. Also super helpful with the financing. Use them. You will be very happy.

Been using this company for the last 5 years. They installed a new AC unit and I had them come for annual maintenance. I recently just moved and had a problem with the AC unit not working. Again they came promptly , diagnosed the problem and came back to fix it. Tim is the best technician, knowledgeable and professional. His friendly personality and kindness is a asset to this company!

Our AC unit died at the beginning of the summer season, and just in time for the brutal heat wave that recorded temps reaching well over 100!! After visits from AJ Perry, and then a quote from NJR (NJNG), thank God we found Royal Air, and owner Eddie! Honest, trustworthy, all around great character, and his crew was TOP NOTCH! We decided to go with an entire new HVAC system...they were done in 5-5 1/2 hours. The experience was EXCELLENT, and the cost was the lowest around...and now they are replacing an HVAC system for one of our neighbors. At this price point combined with honesty excellent service....a rare breed nowadays. Great job Eddie and crew!
