Royal Cable

Royal Cable cut my Fios Line while installing Xfinity for my neighbor. Crew admitted it, blamed it on the utilities sprayer, told me to call their number. Number goes straight to voicemail and no returned messages. Now, they screw up and it's my problem. Wife can't work from home, security cameras are down. I know mistakes happen, but fixing them matters, not putting your head in the sand. Bad company with bad management and or owners

I would give ZERO stars if I could. NO customer service, calls never returned, and LIES. What an awful company. Do not trust them!!! And the best thing about this review and this joke of a company will most likely not see it. Because clearly they don't know how to run a business. And if they do see it, they'll tell me to call...and nobody will pickup. An absolute SCAM and disgusting.

Royal Cable replaced a telephone pole in front of my house. In the process they came on my property without permission, cut trees without permission and left a huge mess. A week later a branch they cut and left behind up in the trees fell and caused the electric line to drop just below car height. This resulted in police fire and electric to have to come out for a emergency repair. Because the electric and Verizon lines are still too low, my Verizon line was ripped off the post and had resulted in an outage that had lasted for several days so far. Royal Cable has caused damage to my personal property and they should not be allowed to operate a business anywhere due to their negligence.

These guys are great. I had connection issues with Comcast for the three-plus years I've lived in my condo complex. Finally, the last tech Comcast sent knew what the issue was...old cable wire not compatible with the X-1 platform. They contacted Royal Cable who sent a guy named Steve. He and his guy showed up on time, installed the new wiring, cleaned up when they were done and finally I can watch TV without the picture breaking up every 10 minutes or the internet dropping out for 5-10 minutes all throughout the day.

Have had intermittent service since I had it set up in July. Had an appt at 9am this morning. It's now 9:30am. No tech, and no one answering the phone.
