Absolutely thrilled with the carpet cleaning service we received! Bryan did an amazing job making our office carpets look fresh and clean again. The cleaning solution used smelled pleasant and wasn’t harsh or full of strong chemicals. After the cleaning, our carpets were barely damp and dried quickly, which was perfect for our busy schedule. I also appreciated how Bryan really respected our time—he let us know exactly when he’d arrive and kept us updated with his estimated arrival, so there was no waiting around or losing hours out of our workday. The service was fantastic! I had two rooms of carpet and some area rugs that were really dirty from pets, kids, and lots of foot traffic. Todd came out from Royal Carpet Rug Cleaning and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, working hard on every stain and spot until everything looked fresh and clean. My carpets and rugs haven’t looked this good since they were brand new! Todd was friendly and easy to talk to, and he explained the cleaning process along the way. I’ll definitely use this company again for all my carpet cleaning needs in Dallas. Highly recommended!

I scheduled an appointment for couch cleaning, and Bryan arrived right on time at my apartment in Dallas. He worked quickly and did an excellent job, making my couch look fresh and clean. While he was there, Bryan also noticed a small hand-woven rug that needed cleaning. He took the rug with him for a deep clean at their facility. Later, I was notified that my rug was ready, and I requested that it be delivered to my work address instead of my home. The next day, I received my rug at work, looking spotless and with a new rug pad included. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use them again for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
