My call was deemed an emergency and I was told they would send someone out the same day. I was told I would receive a call when the plumber was on the way. After an hour had passed and I had not heard back from them, I called again and was told again the plumber would call me when they were on their way. The plumber was knowledgeable and helped us understand the issue with our toilet. They worked diligently to fix the toilet and did a great job with the repair. Recently, I had my water pipe burst in the front yard. Hudson from Royal Flush came quickly. He worked with me to find a price I could afford and gave special attention to do a digging workaround so I would not loose a Japanese Maple with sentimental value. He was determined to get my water on and worked late in the evening. I told Hudson I will ask for him always and will be a loyal customer! He was just great.
