John was very pleasant at first, telling me he does a great job and stands by his work. He installed my lawn and plants and I could not be any more dissatisfied with the results. My yard is comprised almost entirely of weeds and has many large spots of mud that are missing grass. Today, 3 months later, I saw John installing a neighbors yard and calmly explained how my lawn looked and he proceeded to yell at me in the middle of the street, and tell me he drives by everyday and I have never watered my lawn. My water bill is $600 a month across 3 sprinklers, and furthermore I have purchased a membership to professional lawn care who soil checks, fertilizes, and services it. My father, Brian had John work for him when we moved in. He did a good job and seemed very sweet. Then, he scheduled an appointment to seed in August. Then, he didn’t show up and then he said, he could seed in October. However, you would think that you can’t seed in October so, he said he could sod with a price. And when he sodded he did not check or level anything he just dumped sod and the sod was bad and he put little to no effort into it whatsoever. Now my backyard is bumpy and it can’t be fixed. My neighbor and uncle also had altercations that got the police involved because he did terrible jobs and didn’t care. Lawns were being ruined. So thanks John Watkins, for your “outstanding” work.

I've used John and his team 2 times; once for installing my lawn, irrigation system, and landscaping in one year. I then called them back the following year to touchup my landscaping and fertilize my lawn. John is very easy to work with and was very professional throughout the process. They also stand behind their work; when something was wrong with my patio, they never hesitated to correct it for me. John has done landscaping for several of my neighbors and they also had a good experience. I am very happy with the results.

I've used John for several different projects. He and his team built our paver patio, installed a new sprinkler system, installed all of our landscaping, and has performed mulching/spring clean up services over the last 4 years. He is fairly priced, and his team does a nice job. We've had a few plants 'not take' and die over winter, and John came and replaced them for free in a timely manner.

Very unreliable on timing of process. The process was very informal a lot of hand scratched drawings. I should’ve seen the red flags but being first time homeowners and eager to get grass and other landscaping in our yard we didn’t know any better. I specifically said I didn’t like cone trees but he said everyone likes them and disregarded my comment. My plants are not growing well at all. He made add money for part of a patio where he didn’t think he would need to build a wall that high but it shouldn’t be on me that he underestimated the grade of my lot. He came out to see it multiple times before giving a quote. I feel even strong about this review now after speaking to my neighbors who also was not pleased with the work done by this company.
