The technician that came onsite was very knowledgeable, diagnosed a an issue with our furnace, made the fix and then identified an opportunity to ensure long term efficiency and avoid future issues. We were very satisfied with the work that was completed and would strongly recommend Royal Heating to others.

They came they fixed what i asked and were willing to give options i could choose from. In my case there was an option to replacement parts in a valve or install a whole new valve the difference was small so i opted for a new valve. They will NOT stop texting me however to leave a review and i hope this gets them to stop texting me. I am happy if i need anything else i will reach out at a later date 160 for diagnostic and 460 for new valve replacement parts were 410

I recently had a heater installed in a pole building. The inside was newly lined and your guys took great care in the install making sure the wires and piping was concealed from sight and matched with the new interior. They treating the project like it was their own and we certainly appreciated their care and thoughtful work ethic. You should be proud of your team! Thank you so much.

No paper invoice which I rely on because email gets lost. Multiple messages from Royal to bill me when the furnace still needed to have a part installed. Waited over a month for the part to be installed, and then it was scheduled only because I called in to ask when it will be done. The installation was performed shortly after I called. The actual work was done well. The technicians took the time to show me when something was not in good shape.

Royal service providers were courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what the process of furnace removal and installation would be. We never had a humidifier attached before so they explained how that was automatic. Cleaned up site well too.
