Royal Lawns

I have been using Royal Lawns on and off for a years. My prior experience was good,however things have taken a turn for the worst. I was quoted an increase in price of 20% on my new service contract. I agreed to the higher amount as the lawn needed additional care. We hand delivered the contract with the check a earlier in the week. Dennis's wife just called and said they miss calculated the service charges and they would be adding on an additional 300 per service or 1500 dollars. After telling her that we had a signed contract she stated they had the right to cancel. Since we were now looking at a 40% increase or 8000 dollars I told her to rip up the check and return. Dennis promptly called me . He stated that he wasnt trying to overcharge me,he denied that it was a 40% increase from the

After being loyal customers for years, I did not expect this kind of treatment. Last year, they had a new employee. He damaged my sidewalk with the machine that they use. I called immediately and sent several emails about the incident. I was completely ignored. They should take responsibility for the damage that was done. I have gotten no where. Steer clear from this company. You have lost more than you gained by not standing up like a reputable organization.

I have been using Royal Lawn for almost 2 years. My lawn was shutting down a few years back and i tried everything under the sun to revive it but other companies could not diagnose the problem and I wasted a couple hundred bucks. Then I contacted Royal lawn on my friend’s recommendation and after using their services my lawn looks pretty healthy and green again!! Very pleased with their services.

For the last 15 years I've had the greenest lawn in neighborhood. Attention always given to those ugly "dog" spots. Very reasonably priced; Previously used a competitor and was constantly harassed for having more done; Jim will only recommend additional treatments when they are necessary.
