Edited review- The company understood my concern and was willing to provide a fair solution. Original- I explained that the seal around our garage door was letting in so much of a draft and light that it seemingly counteracted having a new insulated garage. They came out and worked on it.

This was a very good experience. AARON was respectful, courteous, honest and went out of his way to make sure the project was done correctly. My garage was damaged from the May tornado and there were no sudden mark up in prices! I highly recommend them and will always use them.

Had someone from this company come by my home this afternoon to fix an error that was made during the construction of my new build home. Simple fix but the provider was beyond rude to me after I pointed it out. He acted like I should have never used the home warrantee to fix the problem! Bad attitude. He never even introduced himself. Would not recommend based on my experience.

We have used Royal multiple times. The first time they corrected an issue from a different garage door company and it cost less. The second time our spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. We called Monday morning and they were out that afternoon to fix it. They are affordable, always quick to respond, and get the work done right.

Highly Recommend Not using this company! Aaron and Brin the Manager are a joke. They’ll put you off for weeks to get a job done. Brin will act like he’s going to correct the issues and then point the finger to Aaron. Last I knew it doesn’t take 4 weeks to install garage doors properly and SEAL them Correctly! No daylight showing. They’ll blame the build or anything they can when the doors are NOT even square. This is RIDICULOUS and the customer service is beyond unprofessional. Cheaper doesn’t always mean Better people!
