American Home Shield assigned this company to come out and replace our hot water heater. After the install was completed, we were not provided with any invoice paperwork or asked to sign off on the job. Come to find out, we still did not have hot water, found the unit itself dented and damaged, wires exposed (Which is a major safety hazard), circuit breakers taken out, no new notations on the breaker box, and the overflow pan damaged. Also found our walls, carpet and flooring have damage, soaked in water, and stained. Tried to call and email Royal Plumbing. No emergency number for this company to report the issues and have the service corrected. Called American Home Shield same day, and they confirmed the unit was approved for a brand new replacement. So was this a new unit poorly handled

Royal Plumbing was a pleasure to do business with. A prior work order ran a little behind schedule and Royal Plumbing immediately notified me of the delay. Great customer service. Tristian my tech arrived within a good amount of time as you are able to follow the commute to your residence by way of an app. Tristian was my tech for the replacement. He was very knowledgeable and has had great trading and education on the related matters. He was fast and very efficient, polite, courteous and very respectful for the property as well as myself. Overall it was a great experience working with them for a hot water heater replacement. They come highly recommended by me at least 🤷🏽 Keep up the good work and great service! 👍🏽

Eric the technician was quick, professional and efficient. He drilled through the brick work built around the pipe that needed replacing without tearing up the floor. I'm satisfied with the service!

Cam the tech was great, professional & efficient with completing a leak job in a difficult crawl space in my home. Royal came out to assess but couldn't do the job initially due to the pipes were cover by wood, which they don't remove & American Home Shield don't cover. I had it removed & Royal returned to fix the problem. I am very appreciative & satisfied with the work they done. I had clear communication from all parties.

Royal plumbing and heating was very great. They came out as soon as we made an appointment very knowledgeable young man came. I was amazed how young he was 20 years old and he knew exactly what the issue was when we was told that we needed a whole new hot water tank and it was only the thermostat. He got the heat up and running and no time he was very respectful. And knew what he was doing appreciate you guys and I will pass the word. Thanks again. I wish I knew his name, but I didn’t get it. Great service.
