I am very pleased to write this review for Wayne Wilkerson, Delmarva Construction Manager, at Royal Plus, Inc., Snow Hill, Md. Wayne and the entire team did an amazing job analyzing and resolving a job situation when our entire bathroom needed to be gutted due to a water leak. They did a fantastic job reconstructing our bathroom which now looks amazing. They were thorough, paid attention to detail, and took a personal interest in making sure everything matched and looked nice. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and responded quickly to all our questions. We are very happy and pleased with our "new" bathroom and flooring, with their work and customer service. Thankful for a job well done and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Royal Plus was very quick to respond to our water damage issue and because of our great experience with Koan during mitigation, we decided to continue with them to do our repairs. There were a few delays due to our insurance coverage but our project manager, Kimba, kept in touch with us regularly and was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with their efficiency and the completed work. I would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

From the discussion and design phase, through the subcontractor bid and selection phase to the execution phase, Meg and the Royal Plus team made this a seamless process with GREAT communication. Truly a professional experience and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome ... look at the before and after picture. Highly recommend Royal Plus and Meg.
