Where do I start… I went through a nightmare after my car was hit and I went through the other party’s insurance. At first, I planned to take my car to the same shop that repaired it 4 years ago when it was rear-ended. Even though they had a new owner for the past 3 years, he agreed to fix a blend mark on my back bumper, and in return I promised to give him my business for this accident. Unfortunately, after my car was deemed a total loss and sat there for 3 weeks, that shop made $3,000 in storage fees from the insurance. At that point, it felt like the owner was less interested in actually helping me and more focused on the money he’d already made. I wanted to do a quick shout out to Royal Road Collison, they really hooked my little Nissan Sentra up. Long story short I was a victim of a hit and run. The same day of the accident I was quoted thee best price ever. Like he took his time and really explained everything. Same day we ordered everything part wise.
