I recently purchased my new home. It’s an almost 100 year-old brownstone located in Mott Haven historic district in the Bronx. The Home Inspector saw signs of repair repairs and moisture inside of the home. He recommended that we follow up with a professional roofing company. We spoke to a few roofers, but we went with Royal for the inspection report they spent over an hour inspecting every seam, flashing, membrane, joint and penetrations. we ended up finding out that our roof had over five layers of rubber roofing and the code is to have only up to 2-layers. we proceeded the following week with a full flat roofing system being replaced and they sent a team of 18-Guys with a project manager onsite and were able to complete it in just 1-day, we did a lot of upgrades that can help with water

I had my entire roof replaced last month and the experience was incredible from beginning to end. The team showed up on time every single day, worked carefully, and kept everything organized while installing the new roof. What stood out the most was how clearly they explained the process and helped me choose materials that would last. The workmanship is excellent and my house looks completely refreshed. Very responsive to follow-up calls and text and answered our many questions patiently. The crew was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The showed up on time, were hardworking and finished all the tasks discussed including cleanup. Would definitely use again.
