I've been a worker that had to use Royal Septics rental facilities and they were always maintained, clean and not stinky. FYI the job I was on wasn't just down the street it was an hour and a half away easily put at Hell Hole. I've been on many job sites and never had that good of experience with the others. I'd use their services anytime.

Horrible, horrible experience! You can't reach them over the phone (not sure how our PM ever got a hold of them in the first place), billing was a mess, and then they couldn't even respond to a simple letter to confirm when they would pick up the rental and just one day picked it up. Completely unprofessional and unorganized....absolutely no business being in business :(
