Our company is very satisfied with the work performed on our building by Royal State Const. The siding was in critical need of removal and on short notice they removed it and updated the outside of the building including the work on the windows. We recommend them for anyone who wants professional and efficient service.

I hired Royal State to change my vinyl siding into stucco and stone veneer on all 4 elevations of my house. I didn't expect such wonderful results, my house looks great, I love every single detail of the work Greg and his team did. But not only the house looks terrific, the stucco system was installed with all the waterproofing materials as it is very important to make my house insulated the right way. Great experience – start to finish – and the results are excellent!! So happy we went with Royal State Construction. We had deteriorating surfaces on the front of our home and wanted to get something more durable while maintaining the existing look. Royal State did just what we hoped!
