Jim and his team did a terrific job re-roofing last week. The Pelican Sound HOA now allows the flat style of tiles that do better for storms and with the newest tiles, it looks like a brand new house!!! The guys were on time, cleaned up every day and even worked on Saturdays to get the job done fast. Highly recommend using them, they were great on repairs before and their pricing on the complete re-roof was very competitive. Thank You Royalty Roofing for a job well done!

I had a leak after a roof replacement that included ceiling damage. They were quick to come out and fix the leak and found a great drywall repair contractor for the ceiling. Jimmy was always in contact with me. Great job.

I thought we had leak in roof over the outside patio which turned out to be condensation collecting on the ceiling and dripping into patio furniture. I called Tanenbaum Roofing who had put on the new roof in 2020. Royalty had bought them and honored the workmanship warranty by sending two very competent men to investigate our complaint. They came the afternoon of the day I called. They did an hour of water testing. We all concluded the drip was from condensation the day before following heavy rain and 98% humidity. Royalty provided excellent response, and the operations manager left his personal cell phone number with me to call. Very impressive response.

Jim and his crew did a great job taking care of the issues causing our concerns on the house. He was very timely and followed through on promises of getting back to me on all aspects of repairing our property. He also used a kind, caring demeanor whenever he talked or negotiated with me.
