Roy's Air conditioning

Roy’s is our “go to” anytime we have an AC/Heating issue. They are prompt, thorough and fair. We started using them years ago and have never seen a need to go elsewhere. Thank you, Paul and your team for all the years of great service.

Fantastic A/C service! Quick, professional, and experienced. We had a clogged drain line, so we called and they had someone out the same day. It took a couple of tries, but they fixed the problem and we will definitely call Roy's again.

Frank and Drew were here last week- they found the problem, ordered tha motor , and came back today for installation. I dont call anyone else for this kind of work. These folks are fast, thorough, and take care of their customers. Call em.

Upstairs unit not working very good. So they worked on both downstairs and upstairs unit. Afterwhich there was no change. The downstairs unit was fine but they still put on a starter kit and added 3 lbs of freon. They came back out and told me that the upstairs compressor was bad. I had another company come out and they charged me $60 and said both units looked fine. And said it was just too hot outside for the upstairs unit to keep up. So $60 compared to $469. And if I had replaced the compressor it would have been another $1300. And by the way, the unit that was working had freon all over the concrete slab, they had added 3 pounds of freon to a unit that was working correctly.
