I hired this HVAC company because the owner/operator came recommended, but my experience has been disappointing. He is very argumentative and full of himself, which makes communication difficult. More importantly, I’ve yet to see any quality, lasting work from the jobs he has done. I expected professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
Installation of my 5 new air conditioning pieces was flawless despite many obstacles presented by my 100 year old home. Kenny made many personal visits to the job site to make sure things were done right and kept me informed of issues and how they would be resolved. Couldn't be happier. This is how things used to be done.
Always easy to get in touch with, even after hours. Very professional and polite. Great company to do business with!!
I would give them a negative point if I can. They are unprofessional and dishonest. I cannot imagine any business persons would be as dishonest as them.
