We have a customer that had a testing facility that needed parts for a Daikin unit. It was late in the day (4:30) but the parts were ordered and were called in to factory to have them shipped. Less that 16 hrs later... The board is in our possession and is getting installed! My hat is off to these people who get it done!

Lousy company with lousy sales staff..They don't return calls, or emails..left me hanging weeks on hvac equipment; had to go elsewhere..This is why manufacturers shouldn't give exclusive distribution to companies...

They always come through in the clutch. All day long I have used them exclusively since 1983. I could not imagine how someone could rate them so low. Must be mental issues. Truth
