We've been with them since we .oved here 6 years ago. The service has always been oromot, courteous, and professional. Several times, including the first time, we've had an emergency that they were able to take care of the very same day. Just 3 days ago, our water heater broke down, leaking g all over. Within a day and half, we have a new tank less system. For a reasonable price. The technician Walter is an expert in this work. I highly recommend these guys.

Had an emergency heating issue. Called RPL to help with a system that wasn't pumping heat properly. They were extremely fast and knowledgeable and walked me through exactly what went wrong. Glad to have had them in this emergency.

Best service. They come as fast as they can, almost always the same day. Often they have helped us on weekends and holidays. The plumbers and repair people are very friendly, very good at what they do, and make sure to explain all the details.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR! Horrible experience! Update 1/23/25: I received a call from the RPL team, Rob, Lynn and Elvin to again tell us the $265 maintenance service we had done few weeks ago doesn't cover a follow up visit to see if they had missed something. I trusted them as professional to check the condition of the boiler and all of its components, including the radiators. Elvin didn't take the time to make sure all radiators were warm and working before leaving. Now there is an issue and they don't have the courtesy to come in to investigate our concern as a follow up to our previous service. They automatically assume your boiler issue is a separate problem in order to orchestrate another $150 visit. So essentially you're on your own (NO FOLLOW UP) and if you want them to step f
