RQT Handyman McKinney

We asked several companies to give us a quote for renovating our bedroom. Eventually we chose RQT Handyman McKinney. It turned out to be a fine choice as they did an amazing job, and our bedroom looks now much better than we even thought. They were creative and gave us some good ideas as for the project. As above said, the price was competitive, no extra charges, no problems at all. Highly recommended.

I have never actually seen them do any work. Had to schedule two different appointments for a laundry vent cleaning and to fix a towel rack. After they didn’t show up in the time slot I called and they said the tech would reach out to me. The rest of the day I would call and they would say someone would reach out but never did. So at the end of the day I told them to cancel my future appointment since they can’t figure out how to show up. They then called me the day after that appointment looking to do the job. I think this business is a third party that tries to organize workers/techs/contractors. That’s the only reasonable explanation for why they are so bad at scheduling…
