R&R Foundation Specialist

R&R Foundation Specialists raised and stabilized my sinking basement & foundation. The foreman on my job was Diego out of R&R’s Foundation's Tacoma yard. Diego and his crew of Jamie and Omar were absolutely great to work with. I appreciated how Diego works alongside his crew and treats them with respect. The crew represents R&R well. They were a pleasure to have in and around our home. Diego is professional, personable, considerate and a great communicator. Diego (& his crew) are very knowledgeable & experienced and would advise me if he saw anything that he thought I should be aware of, or changes in the plan of attack. I am extremely pleased with the way my foundation repair project was handled by R&R. The foundation in the back part of my house sunk by 4” at its lowest point. Everyone at R&R from the scheduling team to the guys that worked on the house, were first rate. The crew, led by Terren, worked super hard and were extremely considerate. I’m really glad I got my foundation fixed and that I chose R&R for the job.

We talked to four different foundation companies and an independent structural engineer before going with R&R. They were the only ones to recommend work that would actually address our concerns whereas others were recommending unrelated work for 3x the cost. Communication was always prompt and the workers were professional and diligent on site. I would definitely go with R&R again and recommend them to my friends. Thanks for a great job!

I would highly recommend R&R Foundation Specialist! I had a water problem in my basement along with a leaning wall. They installed a waterproofing system along with forced beams to stabilize the wall. Darian, was very helpful in walking me through the various options and Mike, Brian and his team, from their Tacoma office, did a great job on the installation. I'm glad to have chosen R&R to perform the work to raise my home foundation because they were easy to work with and maintained good communication throughout the project. Shout out to Jimmy and Diego, and the entire crew who were easy-going and took the time to answer my questions between their work to explain the process out to me that was understandable. Another shout out to the water proofing crew for squeezing me into their schedule to replace my storm drains.
