Kirkland and his partner came to prevent cross contamination and remove and disposed of damage ceilings, remove and clean the carpet, clean the floor and apply antimicrobial to all contaminated areas. I found them to be punctual, professional, respectable, helpful, and so polite. The answered all my questions and gave me some helpful hints as well. Roto Rooter came THROUGH this weekend. Our wall was cascading with water and Michael, Ernesto, and Alex (and two other heroes) came last night and today to stop the leak, rip out the ruined floor, repair the plumbing, and insulate our pipes so they won’t immediately refreeze. We are grateful for their speedy and courteous help and thoughtful advice. Thank you!!!!!! 🙏

Wonderful experience. They were available when no one else was. They arrived within the hour and within 24 hours the problem was fixed. And this was all on a Sunday! They also gave me a great deal. Polite. Communicative. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Gregory came to the rescue on a cold winter's day that was, nevertheless, a respite from the days of single-digit temps that froze our pipes and left us without water for a few very difficult days. He was kind, diligent, courteous and highly professional in getting this tough job done, and by the time he left, we had running water in the bathroom and the kitchen!
