RR Plumbing Roto-Rooter

We cut a 2 sqft hole on our basement wall found our hitter pipes leaked. We called a technician came to check. he estimated for $3800 to replace the pipes. At that time we don’t know how many feet the pipes need to be replaced. He said the price may change depending on how many work they need do. We agreed with the estimate. They scheduled second day morning to replace the pipes. Two technicians came and they spend 3 hours(they arrived at 8am and finished the job around 11) to replaced 18 feet pipe. I also ask them to check our sewer. They said they will do camera check for free. They spend additional half hour to check our sewer(they also replaced two sewer cap). For all those services. The total cost was $4746(including buy parts $580 & tax) service was good. But the price made me feels

Brian did a fantastic job. It was a difficult repair job as it was late at night and a rapid repair was needed to minimize any water damage. He was quick to find the root cause of the broken pipe and repair it. He also took the time to explain what was needed and what was being done as he was repairing it.

After three other plumbers had come to the house, he was the only one who took the initiative to thoroughly evaluate the concern. He was extremely thorough in both his assessment and the repair.
