I hired R and R Professional concrete cutting to cut aproximately 115 ft. on my cracked driveway. Their response time was terrific, they made an appointment for the next day after I called. We postponed this appointment only one day because of bad weather. They arrived right on time the next day and went right to work . Dalton assisted me in getting the lines for the cuts marked correctly, He went right to work . He was very meticulous and accurate. This job was completed in about 2 hours. These guys know their business. I am impressed with the professional work and very pleased with the reasonable price. I would recommend them highly.

I tried and tried to contact them for concrete cutting. First over the phone he said he doesnt want to do the work because he's "too busy". Then he changed his mind and said "ill meet you to look at the job but if you use me I wont do overhead cuts im too busy". So I text him my address and he did meet up with us (yes several of our people had to spend time and go out of our way to meet him) but did not act like he wanted to do the job but told us he would go ahead and call "later in the day" and give us a bid. Days went by and no call so I text to remind him he never got back with us and its been another work day and again no response; This has been a total waste of time for not only me but for 3 other employees who spent their time explaining and going over everything we needed. Called in the AM he showed up same day and was able to core the hole for our laundry exhaust with ease. Thankful for the quick response and professionalism throughout the process. Would 100% recommend
