Aaron did a fantastic job helping at Prime Storage here in Modesto. We were having a gate issue and he came and got us up and running which he was a total life saver!!! He took his time and really tried to fix our issue instead of just give us a bid for the job. His customer service was hands down the best l’ve seen in a long time!!!! Thank you Aaron for caring and doing a great job!!!! Also l want to give a shout out to Sierra the Office Manager, she was very kind and helpful as well😊

Aaron did a great job in repairing our commercial roll-up doors. Would recommend R&S to anyone needing door installations or repairs. Our company has used them for many years for all of our roll-up door needs.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt! Kim in the office took my call and immediately dispatched a technician who was already in the area. Gustavo quickly understood the issue with our garage door and made the repair on the spot with the proper parts he had in his service truck. Huge shoutout to both of them! I would highly recommend this company.

Do not use them. Called them for a quote to fix my electric gate and they said no such thing as a free quote. They said minimum of $340 just to come to the house to check what needs to be fixed. After contacting liftmaster found out í just need to buy a $20 limit switch to replace the faulty one. When I spoke with them on the phone said despite the fact that they are local and not too far away, they don't give quotes, but charge a minimum of over $300. Bad business policy, just shows how poorly the value clients. Do not go to them for help or service.
