We hired Ramon based on positive reviews and his quick response for a quote. We were extending our concrete patio in our backyard. Simple straightforward job. Ramon provided a quote within 3 days of my initial contact and we agreed that he would do the work. Not only did he do everything as promised he, at my request, relocated the dirt that was excavated for the patio addition to a low area in our backyard. Amazingly, he took it upon himself to level out the dirt, till it and planted grass seed which I provided. None of this was discussed in our initial meeting. Ramone and his crew were amazing. We called many companies for quotes. RSB gave the best price. They were the only company that showed up and looked at our job site. Over the phone quotes and many, many NO call backs. RSB are professional and timely. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. He gave us the mirror finish shine for our finished floor we requested. I have never seen work ethics like this, Ramone took one break all day. They arrived at 730 am and stayed till the entire job was completed 830 pm. Wow! Our slab is 56 by 40 ft. Looks amazing. Ty so much.

Ramon and his crew were the best. They poured a 43' X 14' driveway at my house. I have never seen a better job. Ramon and his people worked diligently, efficiently, and had a great attitude. Anyone needing any type of concrete work in eastern Tennessee should call them first. Living on a circle road, we don't get a lot of traffic, but it wasn't a day after they were done that two people stopped to admire their work. If I ever have any need of the type of work they do again, I would have them back in a second.
