Very responsive. Gary has excellent communication and runs a very professional company. Craig, the tech who came to troubleshoot and get our pool up and running was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and followed through exactly like he said he would. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in fact I’ve referred a best friend who is looking for a pool contractor to put in a new in ground pool.

Awesome service. We had just move into a new house with a salt water pool. The former owner was supposed to to leave directions for the pool but did not. Sparkle pool came out went over the system with us and took measurements to offer us a clean service price. The service tech was super knowledgeable and friendly.

Superb! Sparkle Pools recently sandblasted paint, replaced tiles, and replastered my pool. It is now beautiful! Gary was great at answering all of my many questions and leading this project. His expertise is phenomenal. They now service it weekly. I get text messages when tech is coming and when he has arrived. I trust Sparkle Pools, and I love my pool!

Thank you for sending Craig out to get my pool straightened out. Please only send him out from now on. He answered all my questions I had and fixed the issues that the other 2 guys couldn't seem to figure out. I will be requesting only him from here out to handle our pool needs.

Gary and the installation crew did a great job installing the cover on our pool. They were on time and quick. They did not crack any of the rock on the pool deck. Craig did a fantastic job doing a follow up to our pool opening. The pool looks the best it has ever looked! Craig continues to do a great job on our pool.
