Do not recommend. Deceptive and dishonest owners. I was advised to reach out to ParkSmart due to holiday travels as they have option to make a reservation. When talking on the phone with the owner, (that’s how she identified herself), she recommended I make a reservation. I inquired regarding cancellation and she assured me I can cancel 24 hrs before the start of reservation for free with full refund. If cancelled less then 24 hrs then it will be credit for future parking. Receipt and reservation confirmation emails that I received after booking both state the same information regarding free full refund if cancelled 24 hrs before start of reservation. I called to cancel 3 days before reservation, that’s 72 hours in advance and now the owner tells me I will be charged $50.00 cancellation fe

We have used Park Smart many times, the old location was better service and always worked well. Now that they have moved, it’s dump. The staff is not friendly and wait times for the shuttle are 20-30 minutes. The last time we were parked there a total of 5 days with an online reservation, and when we returned they told us we owed for 5 weeks. They don’t seem to take care of customers nor vehicles; we will not use them again.

Made a mistake for a booking 4 months in advance and had to cancel(dates were off). I recieved an email saying I was being given a full refund. I was charged a 50 dollar cancelation fee on a 128 dollar reservation. Shady business practice. I had used them before with success, but never again.

I prepaid and used a coupon for 40% off in April, and there were no black out dates when I booked for December 21 -28. However, without telling me, they charged me an additional $42.00, which I discovered when I received my credit card statement. I tried calling and emailing about the additional charge and no one responds to me. When you call, the people who answer are not authorize to help with remove the charges. I know they have black out dates, on some coupon codes, but when I booked there were not black out dates.

This is the smartest, cost effective way to travel. I actually forgot my phone in the van. We called right away and when we landed 5 days later it was placed in my car! So trustworthy. Only way to go, will be using them again for Christmas.
