Went to Coopers Hawk. Three hour free parking. Went to leave 2 hours 40 minutes after parking there. Five cars got stuck behind a car full of young girls that were very tipsy and they couldn’t find there tickets then, couldn’t figure out how to exit. It took them 17 minutes to exit. Needless to say by the time I approached the exit gate. I was now 5 minutes past my entrance time and had to pay $12. Where’s the customer service? Ridiculous!!
No help coming to help us out! Horrible!
