Rubber Duck Plumbing & Heating

Had to write a review since the most recent one is 9 months old and there are some pretty bad reviews from not long before that. We had a great experience with our plumber today. He arrived within our window after giving us about an hour's notice that he was on his way along with a tracker. He was courteous, knowledgeable about our issue and was able to fix it quickly. He even mentioned a couple other plumbing-related tips along the way and explained their warranty before he left. He was out within 20-30 minutes.

My experience with Rubber Duck was the worst experience I have had as a home ower thus far. I unfortunately got assigned to them through my home warranty Plumbing I went through my home warranty First American. Who would not reassign me to another company. Even after I made it very clear that the technican and I didn’t get along. I literally felt forced to uncomfortably "play nice". In fear of retaliation that he would do something to my water heater unit when installing it.(loose wire, not connect something properly) or If I "made him mad" he might cancel and reschedule my service as he did on 2 occasions resulting in an extended wait time. After 2 weeks, 15 plus calls to First American and 15 plus text and emails exchanges from the Rubber Duck technican, and missing a day of work. My t

We love this guy. He’s very responsive, extremely skilled, and has a great sense of humor. We’ve used him twice for a plumbing need and he truly does a solid job.

Do not walk away from this company, run. Worst experience ever with a handyman, if you can even call him that. Repeated cancelations, difficult to get on the phone to get appointments scheduled, and overall very unprofessional. After several reschedules, the plumber showed up and went to assess the job 'without the right tools' by his own report, but stated he wasnt going to bother getting the right tools 'because his knees hurt'. He then wrote a fraudulent report to our home warranty, but offered to come back and do the job 'for cash'. We happily got a 2nd opinion and completed the work through a different company. Lo and behold, the problem he claimed didnt exist - was exactly the issue. Cant say if its incompetence or lack of integrity, either way, we will never ask for work from this

This guy is totally unprofessional. He was told we had no water since Wednesday. Thursday was Thanksgiving, and he was suppose to show Friday. No contact, no show, and complete waste of time. Voice mail full and the other number was bogus. No follow up or return messages. Came once before and could not repair a simple garden hose that was stuck. This was through warranty work so we had no choice. Total irresponsible clown! Make sure you do not have any small spaces where he may need
