Rubner's Nursery & Landscaping

Contacted them in early November to see if David could assess why our Koi Pond that he installed is losing water. He finally came out about a month later and determined the problem, but has not been back since. We have called, left messages and texted multiple times, but never get a return call. Meanwhile, one Koi fish has died and we continue to have the leak. I guess they are not interested in doing this repair. If that is the case, have the decency to just tell us. Poor, poor communication and follow-through.

Rubner’s Nursery and Landscaping provides a one of a kind small town business experience at a great price. David and his team have taken care of my yard in downtown Hickory, NC for the last 3 years. In no time at all, David eliminated all of the weeds, crabgrass, and clover, and replaced them with thick green grass. David has always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
