Rug Busters Carpet Cleaning & Restoration

When done my carpet was beautiful as always, how ever the experience to get the carpets looking good was terrible. My appointment was for 9 or 9:30, they were over an hour late, they did call to say they would be out closer to 10 or 10:15 am but showed up after 10:30. After starting my floors the main guy went next door to give the neighbors an estimate, not sure why it couldn't wait until my floors were clean but apparently taking 30+ minutes to do another estimate was more important. In the beginning I was asked if I would like to have the protective coating and I said no, unfortunately it was not in our budget at this time. During the cleaning process he kept interrupting my work to explain how my not using the protective coating was causing them more work. It was also pointed out

Rug Buster came out to my mother's house and cleaned her dryer vents. They were very kind and professional. She doesn't hear very well and they very patient and answered all of her questions! I would recommend this company to every elderly household! Very pleasant experience!
