No review did I leave with so many excitement as this one. It would be shame not to write how great job these guys did. Actually, I had a very precious rug from my grandma but it was kinda torn and very, very dirty with 2 huge old stains. When the technicians came and saw the rug, they were very honest. They did not promise they will fix the issues 100%. I gave them the rug to take it to their facilities. after 5 days which was agreed turnaround time, they delivered completely cleaned and repaired rug with no stain on it.
