Hate to leave a bad review, but unfortunately I am compelled to... After submitting a request for service, I was reached out to by National Rug Cleaners, the parent company. We talked about the size of the rug and they gave me an estimate. My original pickup was supposed to be Sept 29th (Monday) between 9am and noon. When that window passed, I messaged asking when they expected to be there and was told 1-3pm. When that window also passed, I told them not to bother and I would use another rug cleaning service.
