Rug Expo

I took a 100+ year old braided rug, handmade by my great aunt to Rug Expo for cleaning and repairing. They did an absolutely phenomenal job, perfectly clean, and all loose parts secured by stitching. Bijan was so helpful and informative. My rug was ready in record time so we could transport it to Colorado as a gift for our daughter and son-in-law. Thank you, Bijan — great customer service and work!

We had a truly amazing experience with Bijan and Lilly at Rug Expo. They helped us find two rugs that complimented each other, a really tricky feat. Bijan let us take home rug after rug to try them out in our home and was so patient with us in the weeks-long process. Don't worry, he said, we will find your rug. And we did. Eventually he used his large network of rug contacts to find us JUST the right rug, going up to the LA warehouse to find it. Our two rugs are harmonious and make our small house look gorgeous. Thank you for your patience and creativity.

Spent $425 on my area rug to be cleaned. Upon inspection after delivery, it was clearly not cleaned, not even vacuumed. I had movers walking all over it before moving to California, so I was looking forward to having it cleaned. I am extremely disappointed in this result. The owner claims it was cleaned for hours but it clearly was not. I filled up my vacuum canister twice getting the dust and debris out. I hope this was a one off event as the reviews sounded so promising. Unfortunately I cannot recommend their rug cleaning service. The owner refunded me $100 which I appreciate but it feels cut short considering how much I paid for nothing to be done.

We visited Rug Expo yesterday and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to guide us through the selection process while being mindful of our budget. We genuinely felt that they cared about helping us find exactly what we were looking for- something beautiful, high quality and reasonably priced. We're so grateful for their support. The rugs we chose fit perfectly into our design vision - just what we had hoped for!

Fantastic service and an an amazing selection of rugs! I was throwing a party and needed a replacement rug and was able to find the perfect one! They were patient and too the time to arise multiple rugs down to show me to compare. They also were able to clean my old rug and it looks brand new!! Prices were very reasonable! Highly recommend!!!
