Jr was fantastic. Very personable and knowledgeable- he worked SO hard and explained everything as he went. He didn't pressure us to add additional cost services but offered those. Our carpets look truly new and the house smells incredibly fresh!! We also had a recliner cleaned and WOW it is spotless! In addition to this company exceeding our expectations- they also give a portion of proceeds to a non-profit organization that serves youth in our community 🥰
