1/31/26 UPDATE: changed my rating after I spoke with the store manager, Danny, whom I had a fantastic conversation with over the phone. we rectified the situation I experienced, got the store's side of the story during our call. I'm happy to give them another shot and continue to support a local store vs the big box chain stores. thanks again for the great conversation and hearing my side of the story, Danny! and thank you to Ashley for reaching out to assist as well. been shopping this store for some time now and overall have always had good experiences until this evening. I purchased a Dremel yesterday and it did not work for what I needed to use it for. I stopped using it immediately after I realized it wasn't the right tool for the job. so, like any normal person, I wanted to return

I just love this store! They not only have just about everything you need at a hardware store but the employees are supper knowledgeable and helpful! Today, I brought in a goat leg prosthesis that needed repair for a local farm sanctuary. Not only did they have all the right screws but they were kind enough to fix it. Thank you for all you do!

I visited your location to get pressure water line fitting. Paul helped me out and he went above and beyond. The part I brought in wasn’t even correct and he helped me correct it with the right thread and fitting. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Many people don’t go above and beyond anymore however, Paul did. Give this man a raise. Thank you!

We got double charged on 2 items, we came back and addressed it to DEE and the answer was “there is nothing I can do” and I mentioned If we could get some other items for the same price and she responded “we can’t do that it will affect our Inventory” and I said “so it’s okay to affect my wallet?” Lady did not answer back and proceeded to not do anything about it… Please double check your receipts people they will take your money in a heartbeat. This is why I take my business to Home Depot from now on.

This is the closest Hardware store for miles. It's not massive but has the majority of little house hold items a person would need. It's also small and friendly which is always a bonus when needed a hand with something. We were able to find the Air filters we need to change out for winter and all is well. With the receipt I was able to return the one filter because it was the incorrect size. The process was simple and easy. We will be back to do some more shopping for some small household tools and supplies.
