Avoid this company! Terrible job, even worse customer service. When they got to the job, they upsold me to the “deep” clean for more than twice the price. These thick carpets now have a horrible-feeling oily film on them (can no longer walk barefoot) and the carpets are no longer soft. The person who cleaned the rug forgot the detergent/deodorizer which was accidentally left at a previous job 20 minutes away so he took off $20 to not use it at all and save him the trip to get it. They finally came back to “rinse” them again but the problem is still there and the owner/manager gave me a long lecture about it being my fault for not cleaning them sooner (BS) He recommended every 6 months!! And was going to charge me to come look at the problem he caused! The entire rug has this gross substa
