Swift-Fix Repair Services

I wanted to share some positive feedback about Jose from Swift Fix who came out today to repair my closet. He was incredibly respectful, diligent, and helpful — truly one of the best maintenance professionals I’ve had assist me in all my years of renting in Philadelphia. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I wanted to be sure his excellent work did not go unnoticed. Thank you again!

We had two holes that needed patching after we hired plumbers for a leak. Over two days Saul did a great job at patching our ceiling and stone wall. He was friendly, efficient, and punctual. He also made sure not to leave our place a mess by putting down floor and furniture covers.

If I could give six stars I would! Thank you so much for an amazing job beyond our expectations. Everything was done perfectly and we are so happy. We had a wall-mounted gym system installed where there were metal studs. The drywall was opened, wood was anchored to the metal studs, the drywall was closed up nicely and repainted and then the gym was installed. It is very sturdy and well done.

Robert is a great tech! Very friendly and understanding. In the wonderful world of property management, keys for units is an issue. We always have a few that don’t work 🙁.When Robert encounters this problem he doesn’t complain. He comes into my office and is patient while we figure it out. Thank you Robert! I appreciate you and the great work you do 😃

We had a great experience. Sol did a wonderful job repairing our water damaged ceiling in one of our bathrooms. Super clean and perfected dry wall replacement in the end. Highly recommended.
