The owner, Alex Ruiz, is the type of business owner that I appreciate doing business with. Alex is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Ruiz Roofing was recommended by a family member after I was dealing with a roof leak in an area where I had the same issue many years ago. I also wanted to get the drainage valley on the top of the roof cleaned up and protected as it was beginning to rust in a few locations. Lastly, the top of the aluminum patio deck was dripping below on rainy days. Alex and three crew members came out and repaired the leak, scraped and cleaned the valley and protected it with rustoleum. The patio deck was also resealed.
