Hector Garcia and his team went above and beyond in this contract, they fought the insurance got it paid for and did a outstanding job on site, tore down old, replaced with newer upgraded shingles and handled some bad decking, they did this and then their crew took magnets and trash bags and cleaned up our yard and checked neighbors yards and driveway for hazards, they did it all in one day. This attention to detail and level of customer service is rare these days, call Hector you won’t regret it. They got my insurance to pay, I didn’t think it possible

My Claim was denied by my insurance and my first contractor told me there is no way this could be approved and left me hanging. The next Day Zach knocked on my door and I told him what happened the day before and he said he could get this approved no problem! Sure enough 2 re inspections later the claim was approved! My husband and I are very pleased with Runway Roofing. We had our roof replaced with them. The whole process was smooth from the initial assessment to the installation. Communication was great throughout the process with the office people as well as the crew who actually installed the roof. We were impressed with the precautions they took to protect our home while they worked as well as the equipment they used. More impressive was the crew. They all had many years of experience and worked like a well oiled machine. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
