I am a homeowner at Granary Park and I have been here for two years. This company was hired by the HOA to mow the areas around the retention ponds in the neighborhood. They used to come every other week now they only come maybe once a month. Obviously, with grass not being mowed for an entire month, the area becomes very unkept attracting lots of bugs and snakes. That is an issue, however that’s not my main concern. The last time they came (three weeks ago), they blatantly left the entire area behind three houses leading up to a pond untouched. A crew of men on extra large riding mowers and high-powered weedeaters saw the tall grass and brush that they were leaving behind for the homeowners to deal with and left without finishing.
